Synchronisation takes long, you can donwload more recent blockchain blocks here , including my bottlecaps.conf with nodes.
If you need only nodes for better synchronising, here is bottlecaps.conf file only, you can copy paste lines starting addnode to your conf file, or simply replace conf file.
If using windows, locate folder similar to this C:\Users\Myname\AppData\Roaming\BottleCaps and upload there.
